NetRecruit is a powerful application that assists recruitment agencies manage large databases of candidates, clients, vacancies, and all associated transactions. It includes powerful search and matching logic based on extract keywords, and free-text database and file searches, so vacancies can be matched against “hot” candidates, or candidates matched against “hot” vacancies.

NetRecruit includes capabilities to upload vacancies to any job board (including your own web site), download and process CVs, and process CV emails. The software can be updated from the Internet so new job boards and CV sources can be accessed.

Workflow support for the agency process is included such as cyclic cold calling, bulk email generation, acceptance/rejection processing, interview management, and invoicing.

All communications and transactions are recorded, and note-taking capabilities provided. Ease of use was a prime design objective, as was security and privacy of data. Its robust client-server architecture scales from one to hundreds of users, with blistering fast database searches.

The package is highly cost-effective for small businesses, in that apart from an investment in the networking and email infrastructure it does not require user-licensing for the NetRecruit program, Microsoft Office, or SQL Server. There are two versions of the database: For up to five concurrent users you can use license-free Microsoft SQL Server (Desktop Edition) included with the program CD. For larger offices you will need to use the standard edition of SQL Server – sold separately, and licensed according to the number of CPUs on your server.
